About Asa

Born and raised in the red clay of Atlanta, Georgia. Been doing fun things with words ever since elementary school, when I would write alliterative birthday poems for my classmates.

Since graduating from Johns Hopkins I’ve been creating written and audio content across a spectrum of disciplines: prose, sports, history, poetry, and anthropology. Lead business development that grew Sidelines to 10M monthly readers.

Lover of records, books, coffee, whiskey, beer, cannabis, and baseball. Trying to live every day a little more like Augustus McCrae.

The soft, thick leather of the steering wheel begged for a gentle touch; the engine's natural rumble was backed up by Audi's turbocharged powerplant; and the 505-watt Bang & Olufsen sound system bumped harder than anyone would ever need.
