IV. Congrats to our Gold Ticket Winners Schumaniac, Ex_Tech, & Paintface07

The latest Chaos Agents Silver Tournament had no shortage of thrills, with Schumaniac, ex_tech, and Paintface07 each rising to claim their Gold Medals. From tactical plays to breathtaking upsets, this tournament kept us on the edge of our seats.

Schumaniac showcased impeccable brawling strategies. His ability to anticipate an opponents’ move while keeping an eye on his health was mesmerizing. One of the tournament’s highlights was watching The Marshall critically damage players for 70+ multiple times in a row. He baited his opponents into a trap, securing multiple KO’s in the first two rounds in the tournament.

A name that has now become synonymous in the Firmament with tournament domination is ex_tech. They played a perfect balance of offense and defense during the Silver tournament. Using the cunning skills of Chevalier Ferdinand, ex_tech was able to pull off the legendary Triple Victory in the final round of the Silver tournament! He secured 3 KOs, collected 32 shards, and survived all 30 rounds, which is an impressive feat for a broker who has only recently joined the ranks of the brokers in the universe of Chaos Agents.

Paintface07 claimed his victory through sheer resilience. In a heart-pounding survivalist final round, he outlasted all opponents, executing evasive maneuvers that left players scrambling. At one point, surrounded by enemy agents and down to his last defensive abilities, Paintface07 used the environment to his advantage, taking cover in abandoned spaceships and behind boulders, dodging attacks, and turning the tide in a nailbiter of a survival victory.

These victories earned Schumaniac, ex_tech, and Paintface07 their Gold Medals and a well-deserved place among the tournament’s legends. Stay tuned as these champions set their sights on the next big event!

V. Chaos Agents Auction Tournament

Dear Brokers,

We’re thrilled to announce the first-ever Chaos Agents Bronze Auction Tournament, which will take place on Thursday October 24th, at 4pm PT. This unique tournament offers you the chance to compete with a different Agent—one not in your brokerage house—and potentially turn a profit by lending your own Agent to someone else. Not to mention, there’s a sweet Silver Ticket on the line too!

In this tournament, you’ll still have the chance to win Bronze Medals and Silver Tournament Tickets, but there’s an exciting twist involving agent auctions.

How It Works:

If you want to play in the Auction Tournament, you will need a loaned Agent from another Broker.

To get an Agent for this tournament, you’ll need to acquire it in the auction.

Prizes:

The three winners of the tournament will win a prize pool consisting of all the BC raised in the auctions — minus, of course, a rake from the house — and split their prize 70/30 with the contract holder of the agent being loaned. 70% of the BC will go to the broker (bidder) who played the agent in the tournament and 30% will go to the agent’s contract holder. The rest of the players and contract holders will walk away with nothing, so bring your A game.

Loaning out your best agents can be a smart choice here as a good Broker can win you that 30% cut without any work from your side!

**To Borrow an Agent for the Tournament, become a Bidder

For Bidders:**

You can participate in the Bronze Tournament Auction over Discord in the new #auction-house channel or via email. You can bid Brokerage Credits (BC) and/or Tournament Tickets for the right to use a listed agent. Tickets will be valued as follows: IRON: 100 BC, BRONZE: 200 BC, SILVER: 500 BC

If you win the bid, you’ll get to use that agent in the Bronze Auction Tournament.

Requirement: We want players to mix up their roster of agents and encourage some trading. As part of this tournament, if you win the bid for an Agent, you must make an offer to permanently purchase the agent after the tournament, though the agent owner can choose to decline. Your offer can be as high or low as you wish—there’s no limit on how many BC you can offer. You can even offer other in-game assets.

You can make an Agent from your roster available for Auction if you play in the Tournament, or if you just want to Auction it.

For Agent Owners who want to Auction:

You can list an agent from your Roster (Permanent Contract only) on the auction floor, allowing other brokers to bid for the chance to use that agent in the tournament. You will be able to list your Agent for Auction in the # auction-house channel similar to the contract trades channel. Your agent will be listed with its name and your starting bid price. Players will be able to live bid in your specific thread using BC and Tickets, although you cannot bid on your own Agent (if for some convoluted reason you wanted to.)

The highest bidder wins the right to play that agent for the duration of the tournament.

As the auctioneer, you’ll have the opportunity to receive in-game offers for the permanent purchase of your Agent from the winning bidder. You have full control—you can accept or decline the offer, there is no obligation to sell your Agent to the bidder but you’re guaranteed to receive an offer. Here’s a chance to get some BC for Agents that you may have on your roster that you want someone else to have a shot at playing and improving!

If the agent you auctioned wins in the tournament, the three victors will split the BC winnings. You and the winning bidder will split your winnings, you will receive 30% of the pot. A great way to earn BC and earn your agent more rep without having to risk anything but your agent’s reputation.

Important Notes: Remember, this is a stakes tournament, so if you win a bid, you have a chance to permanently purchase the Agent’s contract — if the Agent’s Owner likes your offer. If your agent roster is full and you purchase a new agent, the Battle School will allow you to swap out one of your current agents. Bidding will close 1 hour before the Tournament. No Ticket Entry Fee.

BC will be collected by the Brokerage house and redistributed to the victors after the tournament concludes.

Whether you’re looking to lend, borrow, or buy, the Auction Tournament is your chance to make bold moves. This will also help us gather critical data around the Agent trading and loaning process.

Good luck, Brokers!
