After the high-flying action of the last Gold World Championship Invitational, we crowned new Chaos Agents World Champions, a showcase of dedication, discipline, and raw competitive spirit. That chapter has closed, but a new pursuit begins.
As we move into the new year, the Chaos Agents World Championship #3 is officially underway. Our first Gold Trial at Devconnect in November 2025 has already locked in the earliest Grand Finals qualifiers but the path remains open. Grind, fight, and earn your way to the biggest stage in Chaos Agents.

The Third Chaos Agents Accord Wars Trophy Championship
The Accord Wars are a season-long championship where the Firmament’s Accords clash week after week in intense, head-to-head Trials for supremacy. Every Trial fuels the battle, earning crucial Accord Wars Reputation that shapes the standings and determines how many seats each Accord claims in the high-stakes Accord Wars Trophy Trial.
As the season reaches its climax, only one Accord rises above the rest—earning the title of Champion and claiming exclusive rewards. Participation is open to all: simply sign up for the weekly Trials held every Friday throughout the season and fight for your Accord’s legacy.

Accord Wars
The Accord Wars are a season long championship where the Firmament’s Accords battle weekly for dominance through head to head Trials. Each Trial earns Accord Wars Reputation, which determines standings and how many seats each Accord earns in the high stakes Accord Wars Trophy Trial. Accord Wars #21 Recap
Accord Wars Trial #21 carried a quieter intensity than some of the recent Trials, but the tension underneath was unmistakable. With the Trophy Trial approaching and the season narrowing, every pod mattered. Coordination was tighter. Decisions were cleaner. Even where the standings look decisive, the actual play told a more complicated story.

The tables have turned. But for once, it’s uncertain. Accord Wars Trial #20 felt different from the moment it began. The voice channel was full, with over a dozen players coordinating in real time, Accord chairs present and active, plans being called, adjustments being made, and players rallying around shared goals.
The Second Chaos Agents World International Championship
As Chaos Agents begins to ramp up its playerbase by allowing additional users into the Alpha, we’re also preparing for the Second World Invitational Championship, which will be even bigger and better than the first, which took place at Gen Con 2024. The Second Championship consists of three qualification Gold Trials, which will be held at a series of in-person events, each of which can earn you a spot in the Finals.
You can earn your spot in the Gold qualification Trials at our in-person events during the Championship season, or, if you’re not able to make it to one of our events, you can also participate online via the Chaos Agents Alpha by working your way through the Trial gauntlet by defeating your foes in Iron, Bronze, and then Silver Trials to earn your right to participate in the Finals!
The First Chaos Agents World International Championship at Gen Con 2024
During the week of July 29th, the Popularium team showcased Chaos Agents at Gen Con 2024. We hosted two tables filled with laptops, running teaching matches and tournaments throughout the weekend. Our booths were buzzing with activity, with every machine occupied by eager new players testing out Chaos Agents. Those who signed up to play were fast-tracked to become playtesters in the upcoming Chaos Agents Alpha, adding more than 100 new recruits to our ranks!
The teaching sessions were a resounding success, leading to thrilling Bronze and Silver Tournaments with remarkable turnouts. The excitement peaked on our final day at Gen Con, where we had a full house for the final Silver Tournaments of the Qualifiers Series. It was inspiring to see Pre-Alpha playtesters and Gen Con players come together to compete for the title of the world’s first Chaos Agents Champion.
After the tournaments at Gen Con, the Popularium team hosted the World Finals at Sandbox VR in the Bottle District of Indianapolis. Qualifiers from Gen Con and our online qualifiers gathered for a final showdown in front of a packed house, all seeking glory in the Championships. The competition was fierce, but in the end, only three could claim victory. Our very own Andrew_Gross dominated two of the three win conditions, winning both Brawlmaster and Survivalist, while the final victor was a newcomer straight from Gen Con, Master Tyler, bringing home the Shardmaster win condition.
Witnessing Chaos Agents played live in a room full of competitive talent was an unforgettable experience, especially seeing our dedicated playtesters showcase their hard-earned skills. Thank you to everyone who participated in the qualifiers and Championship, making this milestone a truly special moment in our history!
